My paintings are highly textured, emphasizing dimensionality and layers of color thus creating a sense of depth and texture.  The goal of my work is to portray the paradox of the change in appearance of a fixed object as it responds to the cycles and angularity of ambient light, as well as to produce a visual that can incorporate both beauty and provocation.  Layers of dimension provide a world for the viewer to become lost in-a world to explore and reflect upon.
